Next Generation Taxi Software to be Released in June 2009.

Peak Performance has announced its plan to release a new version of the Collectionizer. This upgrade will utilize the newest technologies so as to embrace the next generation of hardware and software computing platforms.

Development is currenlty underway. We have made decisions to do things right using the newest Microsoft Operating Systems, Database Systems, and Development Platforms as well as incorporate the new revisions (both Canadian and US) of QuickBooks interfacing technologies. This technology platform allows for a rich and responsive user experience which securely accesses centralized data and back end infrastructure.

We are excited to use this opportunity to enrich the Collectionizer software to include many features which current customers and new prospects have suggested over the short term. We appreciate the feedback and support of our current customer base! Without you the Collectionizer could not be the premier cashiering and driver management system available to the taxi industry. At a recent Mid-Year TLPA Convention in Maui, a Cashiering Software Subcommittee put out a call for a quality cashiering product. We look forward to providing THE solution which answers their request!

Our pricing strategy has not changed: we will continue to offer attractive entry level pricing; the overall pricing model is based on fleet size as per industry standard; optional modules are available to purchase; and the Technical Support and Maintenance Plan annual fee is a low base cost plus percentage of the purchased system price including customizations.

All existing customers will receive the newly upgraded product under the Technical Support and Maintenance Plan! This is our way of demonstrating the same loyalty we have experienced from all of you.

General availability of this next release is currently scheduled for the end of June 2009.

Mobile Knowledge Recommends the Collectionizer as an Alternative Cashiering Arm for their Cabmate and eXpert Dispatch Systems.

Mobile Knowledge is a global leader of dispatch technologies in the For Hire market offering innovative Software and Hardware powering some of the largest fleets in the world today.

In 2006, the Peak Performance Collectionizer cashiering software was successfully integrated with the Mobile Knowledge eXpert Dispatch System (XDS), providing seamless, comprehensive, real-time data exchange between these two critical back-office systems.

Driven by customer demand, Mobile Knowledge and Peak Performance Software Corp have agreed to interface the Collectionizer with Cabmate to an ever greater degree than has already been achieved with XDS.

Now that Mobile Knowledge is endorsing the Collectionizer, many taxi companies are now looking into the Collectionizer as their new cashiering system because of the level of integration and flexibility it offers. Mobile Knowledge has been receiving great reviews regarding the Collectionizer from both current clients and prospects evaluating the system.

The Collectionizer Dispatch Interface Module allows vehicle, driver, job and cost data to flow seamlessly from the Mobile Knowledge eXpert Dispatch System into the Collectionizer through to QuickBooks Accounting Software (Enterprise Solutions) in real time. New drivers can now finish their first shift then proceed immediately to the cashier to receive payment for voucher, credit card, and company account credits. The ICVerify Reconciliation Module is used to reconcile the swiped transactions with those cleared by their cashiers, effectively preparing the batch for transmission. Dispatched job and cost data is used by the Collectionizer for automated invoice and statement generation.

AActive Personnel Services, Ltd. Achieves Milestones with RSVP.

By installing RSVP into their Winnipeg, Manitoba location AActive Personnel Services Ltd. achieves several milestones. They can now offer their employees the option of daily pay and their customers the option of paperless invoicing while upgrading their DOS based system to a state of the art business solution. Two months of Beta testing proved the system to be solid, reliable, and deadly accurate. Aactive will abandon their old system in favor of their customized version of RSVP on Mar 1, 2007.

Peak Performance drove the project based on customizable components in order to deliver the solution at less than half the price of competitive quotes. Front office dispatchers use customized versions of the Event Organizer, Reservation, Expense Tracker, and Personnel Dispatch modules to match a high volume of customer orders to available employees and to track loaned equipment required for the job. Using customized modules, AActive employee time slips are scanned and authenticated, then used to credit employees and issue cash advances via their in-house ATM machine. Back office employees use the QuickBooks Payroll Interface module to automate payroll and the QuickBooks Invoicing Module to produce an "email/fax/mail merge" of customer invoices with related time slip images appended.

Florida Keys Taxi Dispatch 2000, Inc. Successfully Integrates Collectionizer with Truck Tracker™.

Florida Keys Taxi Dispatch 2000, Inc. has been using Truck Tracker software for years in their garage to handle preventative maintenance, and track vehicle assignments to lease operators. They are pleased with the job it does and their employees are proficient at using it.

The Florida taxi company has been using the Collectionizer, since March 2006. They recently installed the Garage Interface Module which was customized for Truck Tracker. Data now flows seamlessly from their garage software through the Collectionizer for shift assignment, mileage tracking, driver invoicing, and income classification into QuickBooks Accounting Software. This automation of information flow allows the Collectionizer to save the company an additional 5 hours per week.

Peak Performance Software Corp Presents at 88th Annual TLPA Convention & Trade Show in Las Vegas.

Booth #133 was enthusiastically used as the mobile store front of Peak Performance Software Corp. during the Taxi Limousine and Para Transit Association's 88th Annual Convention & Trade Show held this year in Las Vegas.

This year we showcased the interfacing modules of the Collectionizer, as well as our web based document management solution, Competency Certification Software (CCS). We were well received as we educated many TLPA members on how our software can simplify their job, and increase their bottom line.

Cab Connection Further Streamlines Operations as Collectionizer Integrates with Mobile Knowledge Dispatch System.

The Collectionizer cashiering software has been successfully integrated with the Mobile Knowledge eXpert Dispatch System, providing seamless, comprehensive, real-time data exchange between these two critical elements of the back-office infrastructure at Cab Connection of Glen Burnie, Maryland.

The Collectionizer was installed at Cab Connection in February, 2006. Implementing its Dispatch Interface Module, customized for Mobile Knowledge XDS System, is a significant upgrade. Because of the high volume of their accounts receivable and the demands of their clientele, the automation of the job details and cost information flowing from dispatch through the Collectionizer into QuickBooks Financial Software takes a big load off their accounting office, which is estimated to increase the company bottom line by $25,000 per year.

Associated Cab (Alta) Ltd. Gets a Fresh Start with Year End Performance Booster Module for QuickBooks.

Associate Cab (Alta) Ltd. employees have been using the Collectionizer in their cashiering and accounting office since July 2004. With thousands of accounts receivable customers to invoice and over 400 drivers to cashier, the QuickBooks company file can get a little large after several years. US companies can use QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions to alleviate the problem. However Intuit discontinued the Canadian equivalent years ago.

Peak Performance Software Corp. fixed the issue for good by producing a software module for use with the Collectionizer which can be run at the end of each fiscal year. It replaces the company file with an equivalent one without loosing driver transaction history or customer aging data. This allowed Associated Cab to continue business as normal without impacting operations on Jan 1st. Their QuickBooks company file went from over 800 MB to less than 50MB. They now get to enjoy the performance of a new system each year.
